The real DOCSUPRA, and how to tell a copy.
The short answer. There is exactly one official address: docsupra.com. It is owned and operated by Soelys Muñoz, who wrote the software. Anything that looks like this product at another address, or that asks you to pay into another account, is not us.
This page exists for two reasons. One is that the software runs inside your browser, which means its code is delivered to every visitor — that is what makes the privacy promise possible, and it also means the code can be taken. The other is that an unrelated company has a similar name, and people confuse them.
How to know you are in the right place
What a copy usually looks like
If you find something that behaves like DOCSUPRA but any of these is true, it is not operated by us and we cannot stand behind it:
- the address is not docsupra.com;
- payment goes anywhere other than Stripe, or the receipt carries a different name;
- there is no named person behind it, no terms and no privacy policy;
- it asks you to upload your document to a server — the real product never does, and cannot, because it has no upload endpoint;
- it claims to verify that a document is genuine. We do not do that and no honest tool claims to from a photograph.
If you have paid someone else believing it was us, we cannot refund it — we never received it. Tell us anyway at support@docsupra.com: it helps us get the copy taken down.
We are not DocVerify, Inc.
DocVerify, Inc. is an electronic signature and remote online notarisation company, owned by Black Knight. It is a real, established business and it is not this one. DOCSUPRA is unaffiliated with it, not endorsed by it, and does something different: it repairs photographs of documents you already hold and exports them at the exact file size, resolution and format an agency portal demands. It does not provide e-signature, notarisation or authenticity verification of any kind.

Ownership
The name DocVerifyPro™, the logo, the interface, the compliance presets and the imaging engine are the work and property of Soelys Muñoz and are protected by copyright from the moment they were written. The engine is delivered to your browser so that it can run on your own device; delivery for execution is not a licence to copy, host, resell or build on it.
