Visa and passport photos are different specifications — mixing them up is the single most common rejection we see. Presets we haven't independently confirmed are labelled UNVERIFIED inside the app rather than presented as fact.

Do you ever see my passport or tax forms?+
No. Processing runs in your browser using your device's own memory and processor. Nothing is transmitted. You can verify this in your browser's Network tab, or by turning off your internet — the app keeps working.
Can this verify a document is genuine?+
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. DOCSUPRA is imaging software: it repairs and re-formats photos of documents you already hold. It makes no authenticity determination, and no software that claims to do so from a photo can be relied on.
Will my document definitely be accepted?+
We make the file meet the published technical requirements — size, format, resolution, dimensions. Whether the recipient accepts the underlying document is their decision. Agency rules also change without notice, so confirm current requirements before a deadline-critical filing.
Do I need an account?+
Never. Previewing requires nothing at all. If you buy a plan, Stripe collects your email for the receipt — that is your account. There is no password to create or forget.
How do I cancel?+

What the levels mean
Low
A capture device or scanner is recorded, or there is no creator metadata at all, and the dates agree.
Medium
Editing software is recorded, or the file was modified after creation, or a PDF carries incremental saves or annotations.
High
Design software or an image generator is recorded in the metadata, or Photoshop segments are present.
The scanner reports technical signals. It does not read the content of the document and does not express an opinion about the person who sent it. Metadata can be removed or rewritten: the absence of signals lowers the level, it does not certify the file.
