Accessibility statement

DOCSUPRA is meant to be usable by everyone who has to get a document accepted, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or high contrast. This page states the conformance status honestly and lists what remains.

Conformance status

DOCSUPRA partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Checked on 18 September 2026 across the home page, both studios and these documents: every visible button, link and form control has an accessible name; informative images carry alternative text; one h1 per page; language declared; focus is visible; motion respects the reduced-motion preference; no page-level horizontal scrolling at 375 px. The exceptions are stated under Known limitations.

What has been tested

Keyboard: every control on the home page, the individual studio and the Enterprise Compliance Studio is reachable and operable with Tab, Enter, Space and the arrow keys; focus is visible.
Structure: one h1 per page, headings in order, landmarks (header, main, footer, nav), lang declared, skip link on document pages.
Names: buttons, links and form controls have accessible names (visible label, aria-label or title); icons are hidden from assistive technology.
Images: informative images carry alternative text; decorative images are marked as such.
Colour and contrast: the marketing pages and these documents set navy text on white (well above 4.5:1); in the dark studio body text is light on near-black; state is never conveyed by colour alone (verdicts carry words: Ready, We fix, New photo; the delivery strip names the rule next to each value).
Motion: animations respect prefers-reduced-motion; nothing flashes.
Zoom and reflow: measured at 375 px width (phone) with no horizontal scrolling of the page body on the home page, both studios and these documents.
Assistive technology: sessions with NVDA (Firefox) and VoiceOver (Safari) are scheduled; results will replace this line. Until then the statement rests on the automated and keyboard checks above.

Known limitations

The before/after comparison wipe is a visual control; the same information is available as text in the compliance report and the data line under the document.
The zoomed document view is a raster image; its content is the user’s own document and is not described.
Colour contrast of some secondary labels inside the dark studio (small grey captions) is between 3:1 and 4.5:1; they duplicate information available elsewhere at full contrast. Being raised to 4.5:1.

“Supports” means the criterion is met throughout; “Partially supports” means an exception is listed above; the full VPAT 2.5 document is available on request.
