The short answer. Queue the whole intake, run every correction engine on each page, and export one combined multi-page PDF at the exact format the receiving portal requires. A failed file is named and skipped — it does not stop the run.
A paralegal preparing one green-card filing handles fifteen to twenty documents: passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements. Doing that one file at a time is where the afternoon goes.

One bad file does not lose the batch
If a document is corrupt or in a format the browser cannot open, the run catches it, records the reason against that file by name, and moves to the next one. You get the other forty-nine and a list of what to re-scan — not a failed run and forty-nine documents to identify by hand.
A dated report you can put in the file
Every processed document can export a compliance report: a dated PDF listing each check that passed, the delivered file’s SHA-256, the destination it was formatted for and the published specification used. It states plainly what it does not certify — that the underlying document is genuine. Attach it to the matter file and the question “did we check this?” has a written answer six months later.
Where it runs
On the machine the files were opened on. A fifty-document batch never leaves the building, which is the part that makes it usable on client material at all.
