What a brand gets that a consumer app cannot give it
A consumer app is not licensed for client material and puts the file on someone else’s server. An enterprise platform is licensed, and puts the file on its server. DOCSUPRA is licensed for commercial use on client documents and never receives the document: the audit, the fix and the export happen on the machine that opened the file, and the record that leaves it is hashes and verdicts. For procurement, that turns the longest section of the security questionnaire into one line; the privacy review for IT and the trust center carry the rest.

What it costs a team
Both plans include the same software. Corporate Studio adds people, a named support contact and invoice billing.
Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that applies in your country; Stripe calculates it and shows it before you pay. Only the monthly plans renew, and they cancel in one click from the Stripe receipt.

Is there a plan for a single department?
Professional Team covers up to 3 people for $149 per month and includes the whole software: the Enterprise Compliance Studio, the team console, compliance mode, API access and the Integrity Scanner. Corporate Studio is the same software for 10 people, $29 per extra seat up to 500, with a named support contact and invoice billing.
Can different departments use different destinations?
Yes. Each desk is set up for a department and a destination, the delivery settings follow the desk, and the organisation log records the department with each batch. The usage report is per department and per person.
Do we need to sign a data-processing agreement for the documents?
There is nothing to process: the documents never reach us. A DPA is still available in the trust center for the little personal data the licence does hold (the account email and the identifiers your people record), together with the sub-processor list, SLA and enterprise agreement.
Can our own software use it?
Yes. API keys read the organisation log, verify the chain, read usage and policy and create capture links; signed webhooks push batch and admin events; the Integrity SDK runs the file-integrity analysis inside your application. Keys cannot download or administer.
Is the Integrity Scanner included?
Yes, for every person on Professional Team and Corporate Studio, and the desk shows the same integrity signal per file. On its own it is $14.99 per month.
