The compliance report

Every document can export a dated PDF listing each check that passed, the delivered file’s SHA-256, the destination it was formatted for and the published specification used — plus an explicit statement of what it does not certify. Attach it to the matter file and “did we check this?” has a written answer months later.

Answering the security questionnaire

There is no upload endpoint, so there is no data-processing relationship to describe, no retention schedule to agree for documents, no supplier holding them and no supplier breach that becomes your notification letter. Your IT lead can verify it in two minutes with the live network monitor built into the studio: process a real document, watch the upload counter stay at zero, then pull the network cable and watch it keep working.
