Document software for universities
Transcripts, diplomas and IDs from applicants: legible, to size, and checked for edits.
Document software for admissions and registrars: applicant documents, legible and checked.
The short answer. An admissions cycle brings thousands of transcripts, diplomas, certificates and IDs, photographed in every possible way. DocSupra audits them in batches on your own machines, fixes each one to the size and format your application system accepts, and tells you whether a PDF transcript or certificate was saved again after it was issued. No applicant document is uploaded to DocSupra.
Application portals are strict about file size, often one or two megabytes, and applicants are not. The result is a queue of unreadable uploads and follow-up emails. Checking and fixing the file before it enters the queue removes most of them.
What an admissions office uses it for
Tight per-file caps are met without turning small print to mush: the engine searches quality and scale until the file lands under the cap, says when another format would fit at full resolution, and will not deliver below its sharpness floor.
Pages straightened, shadows evened, text sharpened; seals and signatures kept in grey or colour.
Whether a PDF was saved again after it was issued, with the date, the software and the lines that changed.
Passports and ID cards keep their colour, orientation and framing, so nothing an officer needs to see is lost.
The applicant’s phone checks the photo against your rule before the file is sent.
PDF/A-1b and TIFF masters for records that have to be kept.
How a cycle goes through
Set the desk
Open the Enterprise Compliance Studio and choose the destination; the university, transcript and financial-aid presets are starting points you can adjust to your own system.
Drop the batch
Up to 500 files per run.
Read the verdicts
Ready, fixable or retake, with what is missing; and the integrity signal for each file.
Deliver
One ZIP of fixed files with the audit CSV and the certificate.
What it is not
It does not verify a credential with the issuing institution. It reports what a file says about its own history. DocSupra does not certify that an organisation complies with any law, does not decide whether a document is genuine and does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Presets marked as a starting point have not been verified against a specific portal: confirm the current limits with the receiving body.
What it costs a team
Both plans include the same software. Corporate Studio adds people, a named support contact and invoice billing.
Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that applies in your country; Stripe calculates it and shows it before you pay. Only the monthly plans renew, and they cancel in one click from the Stripe receipt.

Can it verify that a diploma is real?
No. It does not contact the issuing institution. It tells you whether the file was changed after it was first saved and how, which is one input to your own verification.
Are the university presets official limits?
No. They are starting points: application systems differ. Set the size, format and resolution your system accepts.
Do applicant documents get uploaded?
No. Files are processed on the machine that opened them; there is no upload endpoint.
Can applicants fix their own files?
Yes. A capture link opens a page on the applicant’s phone that checks the photo and makes the file your office asked for.
Which plans include it?
It is part of both team plans: Professional Team ($149 per month, up to 3 people) and Corporate Studio ($349 per month, 10 people included and $29 per extra seat, up to 500 people).
