What is DocSupra?
DocSupra is enterprise document-compliance software that runs in the web browser. It repairs photographs and scans of documents an organisation or a person already holds (IDs, passports, tax forms, statements, certificates), exports them at the exact file size, resolution and format a government agency, bank, lender, university or employer portal asks for, and tells whether a PDF or photo was edited after it was saved or signed. Every operation runs on the user’s own device: no document is uploaded, stored or retained by DocSupra.
The name is one word, DocSupra, at docsupra.com. It is one piece of software with three studios, sold to individuals by the document or by the month and to organisations by the seat.

The three studios
Compliance Studio
One document, fixed to the exact specification of its destination. You choose the type and the destination first; “Keep as shot” delivers the file with nothing cropped, turned or recoloured.
Integrity Scanner
Was this PDF or photo edited, and how: each later revision with its date and software, the text removed and added line by line with the changed words marked and what to be careful about, signatures, private metadata, active content, pixel evidence for photos, and a PDF report.
Enterprise Compliance Studio
Fifty to five hundred documents per run on the organisation’s own machines: per-department destinations, ZIP delivery, SHA-256 certificates, client capture links, the organisation log, a usage report, compliance mode (HIPAA, GLBA, GDPR presets), single sign-on, API keys, signed webhooks and SIEM export.
What makes it different
- Nothing leaves the device. There is no upload to review, no processor to list and no document breach to notify.
- It does not guess. The studio asks what the document is and where it is going before it runs; a generic result is treated as a wrong result.
- The exact file. The destination’s published size, resolution, page size and format, not an approximation, with a receipt hash you can check.
- The edit trail, in words. The Integrity Scanner writes what changed (“Monthly rent: $1,450.00 → $1,650.00, amount changed”) and what to be careful about.

No. DocSupra is independent document-compliance software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DocVerify, Inc. (docverify.com), the electronic-signature and identity-verification company. DocSupra was marketed as DocVerifyPro in 2026; docverifypro.com now redirects to docsupra.com.
Does DocSupra upload my documents?
No. Every operation runs on the user’s own device, in the browser. There is no upload endpoint, no server copy and no retention period. The only personal data the service handles is billing, seats and support email, covered by the Data Processing Addendum.
Who makes DocSupra?
DocSupra is made by its founder, Soelys Muñoz (docsupra.com/founder), and published at docsupra.com. Its terms, privacy policy, DPA, SLA, sub-processor list and security practices are published on the site’s trust center.
