The right file, from the client’s phone
A link per client. Their phone checks the photo against the rule and makes the exact file your office needs.
Capture links: get the right file from a client the first time.
The short answer. From the desk, create a capture link for a destination and a department and send it to the client. On their phone the link opens a camera page: they take the photo, it is checked against the rule of that destination and, if it passes, turned into the exact file the office needs. They send you the finished file with a SHA-256 receipt. The photo is processed on their phone and is never uploaded to a server.
Half the work of document intake is asking again: the photo is dark, the corner is cut off, the file is too large for the portal. A capture link moves the check to the moment the photo is taken, on the client’s own phone, so what reaches your office is already the file you can file.
What a capture link does
Up to 100 links per batch from the desk, each carrying your office’s name and a reference such as a case number.
The client’s phone checks the photo against the destination’s rule and says what to fix: closer, more light, the whole page.
If the photo passes, the phone turns it into the format, size and resolution the destination asks for.
The finished file carries a SHA-256 receipt the office can verify at docsupra.com/verify.
A link works for 30 days and stops working if the organisation’s plan ends.
A CRM or case-management system can create links with an API key, and an AI assistant can create them through the connector.
How to use capture links
Create the links
In the Enterprise Compliance Studio, choose the destination and the department and add one reference per client.
Send each client their link
By email or message, from your own account.
The client takes the photo
The page says what the office asked for, checks the photo and shows the finished file.
The client sends it to the office
With the phone’s own share sheet, or by saving the file. Drop what you receive on the desk to audit and deliver the batch.
What it is not
A capture link is not an upload portal: DocSupra never receives the photo or the finished file, and the client sends the file to your office by the channel you already use. The link carries the destination, the department, your office’s name and the reference you typed, so use a reference you are comfortable putting in a link.
What it costs a team
Both plans include the same software. Corporate Studio adds people, a named support contact and invoice billing.
Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that applies in your country; Stripe calculates it and shows it before you pay. Only the monthly plans renew, and they cancel in one click from the Stripe receipt.

Where does the client’s photo go?
Nowhere but the client’s own phone until they send it. The photo is checked and converted in the phone’s browser; the client then sends the finished file to the office with the phone’s share sheet or saves it. DocSupra has no upload endpoint.
Does the client need an account or an app?
No. The link opens in the phone’s browser. The client does not sign in and does not pay.
How long does a link last?
Thirty days. It also stops working if the organisation’s team plan is no longer active.
Can our CRM create the links?
Yes. An organisation API key creates capture links, up to 100 clients per batch, and an AI assistant can create them through the MCP connector.
Which plans include it?
It is part of both team plans: Professional Team ($149 per month, up to 3 people) and Corporate Studio ($349 per month, 10 people included and $29 per extra seat, up to 500 people).
