DOCSUPRA › How to use the Enterprise Studio

How to use the Enterprise Compliance Studio, from sign-in to the delivered ZIP.

The short answer. Sign in with a Professional Team or Corporate Studio licence, open the Enterprise Studio, pick the department and the destination, drop the files, read the verdicts, press Fix & export and record the batch. Ten minutes the first time; a couple of minutes after that.

Everything below is done from the desk itself. No installation, no plugin, no admin rights, and nothing to configure on a server, because there is none.

A law office at night: a pile of creased client documents feeds through a lit bar and comes out as one neat, squared, filing-ready stack.
The desk is one screen: queue on the left, modules and team console on the right, delivery at the bottom.

The ten steps

  1. Get the licence and sign in

Professional Team or Corporate Studio. The Stripe receipt is the account: sign in with that email on each machine that will use the desk. Seats are counted per device by the licence server and can be released from Account & team.

  2. Open the Enterprise Studio

Go to docsupra.com/#pro or press “Open the Enterprise Studio” from the homepage. A short entrance plays once per session; skip it with Esc. In Chrome or Edge you can install it as an app from the browser menu so it opens in its own window.

  3. Choose department and destination

The desk asks the five questions that set it up: who the batch is for, which destination, and how the files should be delivered. Pick a destination preset (USCIS, IRS, DMV, a lender, a court e-filing portal and so on) and override format, dimensions or DPI in Delivery only if a portal asks for something else.

  4. Add the documents

Drag files onto the desk, or use Upload, Folder or a ZIP. Each file appears in the queue as it is measured. Supported: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF and PDF; up to 500 files per run.

  5. Or send capture links

Type one client per line (a name or file reference), up to 100, and create one link per client. The client opens it on their phone: the photo is checked against the destination’s rule, fixed to the exact size, and never touches a server. They send you the finished file through your usual channel, with a receipt hash you can verify.

  6. Read the queue

Each row shows the verdict for that destination and what is missing when a file cannot comply. The integrity signal shows a risk level per file. Filter, remove or clear the queue as you work; the desk clears itself when left unattended if compliance mode says so.

  7. Fix and export

Press Fix & export. You get one ZIP with every fixed file, the audit CSV and certificate.pdf with the SHA-256 of each delivered file. Downloads are counted against the licence, never the files themselves.

  8. Record the batch

Record the batch to the organisation log so “did we check this?” has a written answer months later. Under compliance mode this step is mandatory before the export is released, and the log can be verified from the console.

  9. Invite your team

Open the team console from the desk: add people and seats, connect single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or any OpenID Connect provider) so people with an email on your domain are added automatically, and read the usage report per person and department.

  10. Set compliance mode and connect your systems

Choose HIPAA, GLBA, GDPR or a custom policy in the console. Create an API key for your case-management or SIEM system, register a webhook and, if you build software, use the Integrity SDK. Keys read the log, verify the chain, read usage and policy and create capture links; they cannot download or administer.

Good habits that save re-work

What the desk does not do

It does not verify that a document is genuine, and it does not pretend to. It does not edit the content of a document: it repairs the image and formats the file. It does not upload anything anywhere. And it does not give legal, immigration or tax advice; it makes the file meet the published technical requirements of the destination you chose.

What it costs a team

Both plans include the same software. Corporate Studio adds people, a named support contact and invoice billing.

Professional Team
$149 /mo
Up to 3 people. Batch queue and the Enterprise Compliance Studio, combined multi-page PDF per matter, archival TIFF masters, commercial use on client documents.
Corporate Studio
$349 /mo
Everything in Team. 10 people included and $29 per extra seat, up to 500 people. Named support contact within one business day. Invoice billing on request.

Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that applies in your country; Stripe calculates it and shows it before you pay. Only the monthly plans renew, and they cancel in one click from the Stripe receipt.

Questions

Do our people need to install anything?

No. It runs in any modern browser with no plugin and no admin rights. Installing it as an app from Chrome or Edge is optional; it gives the desk its own window and keeps it working without a connection.

How do seats work?

Seats are counted per device by the licence server. Professional Team covers 3 people and Corporate Studio includes 10, with extra seats at $29 each per month, up to 500 people. A seat can be released from Account & team so a new machine can take it.

Can clients send documents without emailing them?

Yes. Create a capture link per client. The client opens it on their phone, the photo is checked and fixed there against your destination’s rule, and it never touches a server. They send you the finished file through your usual channel, with a receipt hash you can verify.

What happens if a file cannot comply?

It is reported, not silently dropped. The row says what is missing, the certificate repeats it, and the rest of the batch is delivered.

Where do I set HIPAA, GLBA or GDPR mode?

In the team console, from the desk: Compliance mode. It applies to every desk in the organisation, and the change itself is recorded in the organisation log.

Open the desk and follow along

The steps above are the desk’s own order. Nothing is downloaded until you press Fix & export.
