Agencies change the rules without notice. This is where we keep up.
Every destination preset in DOCSUPRA carries the date it was checked against the agency’s own published page, and a link to that page. This is the log — generated from the same table the engine uses, so the site cannot say one thing and the software another.
What “verified” means here. On the date shown, a person opened the official page linked in the Source column and confirmed the file type, size limit and pixel requirements the preset enforces. It does not mean the agency will accept your document; it means the file will meet the technical rule that was published that day. Confirm current requirements before any deadline-critical filing.
What changed, and when
- PDF/A-1b selectable by hand; destination follows the document
Court e-filing and archival presets already produced PDF/A-1b; the format can now be chosen directly. Picking a document class proposes its usual destination (a driver's licence proposes DMV, a passport proposes USCIS) and says so.
- Five international destinations added and verified
UK passport / visa photo, Canada IRCC, Schengen visa and two more consulted at the official source on 10 September 2026, with their size and pixel limits.
- US government presets verified against the official pages
USCIS (12 MB per file, PDF/JPG), IRS Document Upload Tool (15 MB, up to 40 files), DS-160 visa photo (600 × 600, 240 KB) and US passport photo checked against the published requirements. Each preset carries the date and the source page.

“Starting point” presets are sensible defaults for portals that publish no fixed rule, or rules we have not yet confirmed at the source. The engine labels them the same way in the studio.
Why this exists
A rejected filing rarely says why. A file that was fine in March can be over the limit in September because a portal quietly changed it. Teams on a monthly plan are paying, in part, for someone to watch those pages so they do not have to — and a watch you cannot see is not worth paying for. This page is the receipt.
