What’s new in DOCSUPRA

DOCSUPRA is document compliance software for individuals and enterprise organizations. This page lists what changed and when, in plain words. Every item here was measured on the live site before it was written down.

Organisations: per-person seats, sign-in, single sign-on, administration console, audit log, usage report, trust center

• Seats follow people, not devices. Team and Studio administrators invite colleagues by work email; each person signs in with a one-time link and their seat travels with them across laptops, VDI and shared workstations. Removing a person from the administration console stops their access on their next download, even if their token has not expired.
• Single sign-on (OpenID Connect). Administrators register the callback URL with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or any OIDC provider and paste the issuer, client ID, secret and email domain. People on that domain are added automatically, within the plan’s seats. Tokens are verified against the provider’s published keys; state and nonce are single-use.
• Administration console in Account → Organisation: members and roles, SSO settings, a monthly usage report (downloads by department and by person, capture links opened) and the organisation log, all downloadable as CSV. Billing and seat release are administrator-only.
• Audit log in the Enterprise Studio. Every batch audited on a machine is recorded there (date, department, destination, and per file the name, SHA-256, size, sharpness and verdict; never the image), with a CSV per batch and a monthly report. A box, off by default, also records the batch in the organisation log on the licence server.
• Client capture links in bulk. Paste one client per line; each gets a link carrying the client reference and your organisation’s name, which the client sees on their phone. Links, CSV and copy-all.
• ID cards measured as cards. The desk applied a full-page pixel minimum to driver’s licences and rejected every scan; a card is now judged against its own size at the destination’s DPI.
• Trust center at /trust: security page with the vendor-questionnaire answers, sub-processor list, Data Processing Addendum, Service Level Agreement, Enterprise Subscription Agreement, accessibility statement, system requirements and /.well-known/security.txt.
• Delivery choices and scanning in both studios: named sizes (600×600, 1200×1200, 35×45 mm, 50×70 mm, Letter, A4, Legal at 300 DPI), a Scan button, and in the Enterprise Studio a Delivery row (format, dimensions, DPI, size cap) that governs the ZIP.

DOCX output, zoom at true pixels, and an engine that never delivers a stale result

• DOCX as an output format. Next to JPEG, PNG, PDF and PDF/A-1b there is now DOCX — Word, image page: a Word document with the corrected page at Letter, A4, Legal or fitted size, half-inch margins, same file-size cap and the same sharpness floor as the JPEG inside it. It is an image page for people whose portal or client asks for “a Word file”; it is not editable text, and the button says so.
• Zoom shows the real pixels. 50 %, 100 % and 200 % now repaint the comparison from the full-resolution result (1,691×2,127 on the sample, not a 464-pixel preview), the sheet scrolls inside the desk, and Fit restores the resampled view. 100 % means one file pixel per screen pixel.
• Destination presets set everything at once. Choosing DS-160 sets 600×600 pixels and a KB target; choosing USCIS sets automatic dimensions and a 12 MB target. One preset function, one source of truth — the duplicate that used to shadow it is gone.
• Typed dimensions apply as you type. Width and height in the delivery bar and in the Spec panel are the same number now, in both directions, without waiting to leave the field.
• Nothing rotated, ever. A manual Rotate is a decision and the engine respects it; automatic upright correction only runs on photos that arrived sideways. A detection that would keep less than 40 % of a large page is treated as a detection error and the full frame is delivered instead of a strip.
• Fast switching cannot deliver an old result. Changing the document class or destination while the engine is busy queues one more pass instead of dropping it; the compliance check ignores any measurement from a superseded run.
• Enterprise Studio: Fix & download all (ZIP). Every ready or fixable file goes through the same engine as the individual studio and comes back as one ZIP with audit.csv inside; files that need a new photo are listed, not silently dropped.

The Enterprise Compliance Studio, rule watch, file verification and client capture links

• Enterprise Compliance Studio at /#pro, separate from the individual studio. It opens with five intake questions and a protection statement written for the person who signs off on software, then a desk that audits batches of fifty or more IDs and passport photos: glare, sharpness, orientation, frame and file-size verdicts per row (ready, fixable, needs a new photo), a dated CSV per batch, department scoping, and the unlock exactly where you drop the files.
• Client capture links. A team licence can mint a link a client opens on their phone; the photo is fixed and checked in the client’s own browser, delivered to them with a SHA-256 receipt, and never passes through a server. Links are scoped to a department and expire after 30 days.
• Rule watch. All 28 destination presets — 7 verified against the agency’s own page (with the date), 21 labelled as starting points — and a register of what changed.
• Verify a file. Every compliance report prints the SHA-256 of the delivered file; drop the file on the page and it tells you whether it is byte-for-byte the one the report was issued for. Runs in the browser.
• PDF/A-1b. Archival, image-only PDF with embedded ICC profile and XMP metadata, selectable as a format like any other.
• The destination follows the document. Pick a driver’s licence and the destination proposes the DMV; pick a passport and it proposes USCIS; a destination you chose yourself is never overridden.
• Trust audit of the three surfaces (homepage, individual studio, enterprise studio): every link resolves, every image loads, zero console errors, headlines and button labels say what the button does.
• Mobile. A bottom bar in the studio, integer line heights in the narrow column, nothing squeezed.

Seats without a ceiling, the sharpness law, the desk surface

• Corporate Studio seats. $349 a month includes 10 people; each additional seat is $29 per person per month, up to 500 people (write to us for more), and invoice billing with a PO number is available on request. Nothing is charged when you request an invoice.
• The sharpness law. Eight conditions the deploy gate checks before anything goes live: every one of the 28 presets carries a minimum pixel count, no export drops below the legibility floor, no threshold turns grey text into white ink, and the calibrated sharpness score must clear 25 (a good document scores about 42).
• The desk. The studio works on a dark, even surface (measured: the document is 10× easier to judge than on a checkerboard), and the PREVIEW badge in the header is the cancel button, always visible.

One truth for payments, 28 presets, Spanish pages, install as an app

• Payments. One function decides whether a download is paid for, on the client and on the licence server; the 3-document pack, the 30-day pass and the two monthly plans all pass through the same gate. There are no refunds and the price list is one: $9.99, $19.99, $149, $349.
• 28 destination presets: 7 verified against the institution’s own published page (USCIS, IRS, DS-160, US passport, UK, Canada IRCC, Schengen) and 21 starting points labelled as such (DMVs, lenders, courts, universities and more).
• Spanish. The guides that people search for in Spanish exist in Spanish, written for the problem, not translated.
• Installable. Progressive Web App on iOS, iPadOS, Android, Windows, macOS and ChromeOS; works offline once installed.
