Document software for lenders
Borrower pay stubs, statements and IDs: legible, to size, and checked for edits before underwriting.
Document software for lenders: borrower documents you can read, and a check on whether they were edited.
The short answer. A loan file is built from documents the borrower photographs: pay stubs, bank statements, IDs, tax forms. DocSupra audits them in batches on your own machines, fixes each one to the size and format your portal accepts, and tells you whether a PDF statement or pay stub was saved again after it was issued, with the date, the software and the lines that changed. No borrower document is uploaded to DocSupra.
An edited pay stub looks exactly like a real one on screen. The difference is inside the file: a second save, a different program, an amount that changed. Reading that takes seconds and does not require sending the borrower’s documents to another vendor.
What a loan team uses it for
For a PDF: each later save with its date and software, and the lines removed and added, such as an amount, a date or a name. For a photo: the software it passed through and pixel evidence of pasted or cloned areas.
The program or device that made the file and when: a statement exported by a bank’s system reads differently from one rebuilt in an editor.
Photos straightened, glare and shadow evened, text sharpened, and each file exported under the limit your portal accepts. The lender preset is a starting point you can adjust.
Driver licences and passports keep their colour, orientation and framing, so security features stay visible.
The borrower photographs the document on a phone; the phone checks it against your rule and makes the exact file.
A mandatory, pseudonymous record of every batch, a retention window, and a chain that can be verified.
How a loan file goes through
Set the desk
Open the Enterprise Compliance Studio, choose the department and the lender destination or your own limits.
Drop the borrower documents
The whole folder or a ZIP. One file that cannot comply is reported and does not stop the batch.
Filter the list
Keep only the files flagged as edited, the ones to review or the ones that carry personal identifiers.
Deliver and record
One ZIP with the fixed files, the audit CSV with the integrity columns, and the certificate. Record the batch.
What it is not
An integrity signal is a technical fact about a file, not a finding of fraud: a statement can be re-saved for innocent reasons, and a careful forgery can leave no trace. It is one input to your own review. DocSupra does not certify that an organisation complies with any law, does not decide whether a document is genuine and does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Presets marked as a starting point have not been verified against a specific portal: confirm the current limits with the receiving body.
What it costs a team
Both plans include the same software. Corporate Studio adds people, a named support contact and invoice billing.
Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that applies in your country; Stripe calculates it and shows it before you pay. Only the monthly plans renew, and they cancel in one click from the Stripe receipt.

Can it detect a fake pay stub?
It can tell you whether the file was changed after it was first saved: a later revision, the software that made it, the lines that differ and, for photos, areas that were pasted or cloned. It does not decide whether a document is genuine, and a file with no signal is not proven authentic.
Do borrower documents get uploaded?
No. Every file is read on the machine that opened it; there is no upload endpoint.
Can we feed the results into our own systems?
Yes. An API key reads the organisation log and verifies its chain, signed webhooks push each batch, and the same events go to Splunk, Datadog or Sumo Logic. None of them carries a document.
Is the lender preset an official limit?
No. It is a starting point: underwriting portals differ. Set the format, size and resolution your portal asks for.
Which plans include it?
It is part of both team plans: Professional Team ($149 per month, up to 3 people) and Corporate Studio ($349 per month, 10 people included and $29 per extra seat, up to 500 people).
